Yoga, Cardio Conditioning,
and Crush-Fit classes provide
several levels of challenge.

Everyone has different fitness needs and capabilities.  Gryphon offers classes for all levels.  We offer seasonal classes- cardio and cross-training classes in the late fall through spring.  Yoga during the summer months. Check our online calendar for the current offerings.


BURN with Josie Forbes; a high paced class that mixes arobic, muscle toning, and polymetric strength building.  Lots of variety and a great way to acheive your fitness goals.

Yoga- a gentle practice that develops muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.
